📋 Description

• Define and lead Budget, forecast, and strategic planning processes • Own line of business (LOB) timelines and deliverables • Actively engage and influence functional leaders • Lead and develop a team of individuals • Drive cultural change for improved marketing investment returns • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close process • Oversee deal management and pricing analytics • Develop meaningful marketing investment return metrics • Make recommendations for changes to GMs and management team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required • 8-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles • at least 5 years in a leadership capacity • Experience in global, matrixed organizations • Strong analytical and business acumen • Advanced Excel skills required • Strong proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan, Oracle, Alteryx) • Strong proficiency in dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
