📋 Description

• Create high-converting, responsive designs for automated emails, SMS, and dynamic landing pages • Establish design standards, requirements, component libraries • Work within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure design assets compatibility • Design experiments to test variables like timing, CTAs, and layout • Design workflows for automated campaigns, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field • Senior experience in marketing automation and personalization development, with demonstrated success • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email; understanding of API triggers and logic • Ability to explain complex technical logic to non-technical stakeholders • Wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and behavioral psychology
