📋 Description
• Lead and drive development of technology and platform for Data Lake needs. • Own technology and architecture of Data Lake House platform and services. • Grow and build a strong Data Lake engineering team in Bangalore, India. • Establish data governance policies, data quality metrics, and data access protocols. • Partner closely with information security teams to ensure data security and privacy. • Engage with external partners to evaluate technologies supporting Data Lake strategy. • Set clear, measurable quality goals for the group and provide strategic thought leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of software design and development experience at a large scale, with 3+ years of people management experience. • Deep technical expertise in building and scaling data lake environments. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and partnership skills. • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and modern development tools and frameworks. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; higher degree is a plus.
