📋 Description

• Manage an accounts receivable portfolio and related processes for large, strategic customers • Collaborate with clients to procure promises to pay • Resolve payment discrepancies and delinquencies • Deploy strategies to optimize collections processes • Perform complex monthly audits and account reconciliations • Monitor billing processes and address issues or discrepancies • Provide regular updates to leadership and internal stakeholders • Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic customers • Collaborate with sales and account management teams • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent work experience • 4+ years of progressive experience in accounts receivable • In-depth knowledge of accounting, accounts receivable processes, complex billing terms, and collections strategies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced account reconciliation and auditing skills • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written • Must successfully pass a background investigation
