📋 Description

• Manage the execution of internal tooling initiatives and platform migration/consolidation projects. • Collaborate with application architects, platform engineers, data specialists, and internal tooling teams. • Develop detailed work breakdown structures, execution plans, and project roadmaps for tooling enhancements. • Oversee project and sub-initiative execution that streamlines internal platforms. • Partner with platform and tooling engineering teams. • Coordinate efforts across engineering and security teams. • Manage dependencies related to application routing, service integrations, environment configurations, and monitoring/logging toolchains. • Facilitate ongoing planning sessions and huddles. • Own and drive end-to-end technical implementation projects and workstreams. • Monitor progress and recommend necessary adjustments to surface risks of program execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in technical program management managing projects or complex sub-initiatives focused on internal tooling and capabilities. • A blend of technical acumen and strong project management skills. • Comfortable working in ambiguous or fast-paced environments. • Passionate about implementing solutions and communicating effectively with project and mid-level stakeholders. • Experience managing application and service migrations. • Familiarity with distributed systems and microservice architectures. • Understanding of database and data platform migrations. • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements. • Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. • Bachelor's Degree. • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
