📋 Description

• Represent the needs and desires of HR & Finance stakeholder community to Agile teams • Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into user stories and functional requirements • Ensure requirements are understood by developers, QA and operations and that implementation plans match expectations • Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders • Work with third parties to map out integration plans or evaluate technology options • Research and follow technical trends in the cargo industry and conduct competitor capability analysis • Provide internal and customer training on product usage and answer incoming product questions • Assess and address technical risks and understand data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems • Serve as product evangelist and subject matter expert; define success criteria for testing and product acceptance • Facilitate product documentation, plan and prioritize backlog in Jira, and take lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner • Evaluate and prioritize change and enhancement requests to maximize business value or ROI

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager including strong track record of shaping business strategy and ability to align software teams and senior leadership around the product vision • Experience in the cargo industry desired • Experience in warehouse management desired • Experience in the airline industry desired • Experience with writing business/functional requirements • Experience implementing Agile methodologies • Experience with SQL, .Net framework 4.5, MVC design pattern, MVC Core, and LINQ • Knowledge of Python and X-Code Object C, and Web Services RESTful/JSON is desired • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent technical field • US Citizenship required • Preferred skills: Ability to work well with internal teams (developers, business analysis, quality assurance, operations), advanced engineering and design skills, ability to assess emerging products, break down problems, build consensus, translate qualitative and quantitative feedback into product requirements, manage priorities and tradeoffs, superior product judgment, strong written and verbal communicator
