📋 Description
• Handle bid processing, RFP/BSA quotes, revisions, and awards with precision • Validate billing inquiries and disputes, and deliver timely, accurate pricing for both contract and ad-hoc requests • Work closely with Sales Support, Supply, Legal, Credit, and Pricing teams to drive operational success • Manage SLA/Dashboard reporting and special customer reports that influence strategic decisions • Support automation (RPA) initiatives and streamline workflows for efficiency • Coordinate contract bid management with BPA, Pricing, and Fee teams to ensure seamless execution
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred • 5+ years of experience in analytical or financial reporting roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with Oracle & Alteryx systems • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting • Excellent communication skills to build relationships across teams • Adaptable and eager to learn new processes in a dynamic environment
