📋 Description
• Take the lead on projects ranging from creative websites to complex web applications • Create concepts, user journeys, and prototypes • Design interfaces that are both beautiful and usable • Collaborate closely with clients, users, and the team of designers and developers • Bring strengths in branding, motion, or visual craft to push projects further • Advocate for design quality across the company and mentor/lift others with your knowledge • Own the design process from A to Z and deliver end-to-end design work
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a senior designer (agency or product side) • Strong visual design skills paired with product design expertise • Confidence in Figma (our main tool) • Understanding of web technologies and how design meets development • Excellent communication in English (spoken & written) • Ability to own the design process from A to Z • Bonus: skills in branding, motion, or interaction design • Portfolio with best projects required • 1–3 minute video walkthrough (Loom, YouTube, etc.) required — applications without the video won’t be considered
