📋 Description

• Design and develop end-to-end gamified mechanisms for buyers to drive purchases and engagement • Build interactive challenges and reward systems across the buyer ecosystem (promotions, task achievement systems, virtual point system) • Develop innovative systems and features for buyer ecosystems used in US & Europe markets • Continuously analyze performance metrics and user feedback to refine product strategies and improve user experience • Collaborate with the Games & Buyer Ecosystem Team and cross-functional partners to deliver features

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend web development experience • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience • Proficient in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS • Experienced with front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js • Proven track record of delivering user-facing features and shipping products quickly • Excellent product instincts; user-first mindset • Understanding of backend technologies and connecting frontend to backend • Good written and verbal English communication skills without relying on translation apps • Bonus: Experience building E-commerce products • Bonus: Fullstack or mobile development experience • Cultural fit: low ego, growth mindset, action- and impact-oriented
