âą Responsible for a designated product portfolio within neurosurgery, driving sales and marketing efforts across Finland âą Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities and maintaining key customer contacts âą Educate customers on portfolio through technical and clinical training and product demonstrations âą Analyze market data to optimize territory plans and support decision-making âą Represent the company at industry fairs and events, promoting products and building relationships âą Actively participate both in the pre-tender process as well as tender submission, providing market insights and product expertise
âą Solid commercial experience from the MedTech industry âą Skilled at building long-term, business-driving relationships with customers and key stakeholders âą Self-motivated and takes full ownership of your product portfolio âą Background as a nurse, preferably with specialist training in surgery and/or anesthesia, or equivalent experience from the MedTech or healthcare sector âą Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure âą Effective communication skills across all levels of the patient care team
âą Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken âą B driving license, as the role requires extensive travel to meet with customers. âą Ability to travel as required for the role
