📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for payments and risk, including PSP integrations, PSP flows, conversions, risk features, automated withdrawals, fraud flagging systems and chargeback management • Lead delivery of initiatives enhancing payments and risk management, payment process optimisation, and fraud prevention • Work with PSPs to embed robust risk management and compliance into integrations • Define and track KPIs for PSP success rates, failure rates, fraud, chargebacks, risk exposure, and withdrawal performance • Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve and automate payment processing and risk management • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal on evolving regulations and standards • Support evaluation of payments for new markets, features, and product launches • Partner with Customer Support and Operations to understand pain points and enhance customer experience while maintaining fraud controls • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap definition for Payments and Risk • Manage direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Casino/Gambling sector with a focus on payments and risk • Knowledge of payment options, acquiring, eWallets, digital wallets, vouchers, online banking, and offline payments • In-depth understanding of payment providers, payment flows, settlements, and risk features • Strong understanding of PSP risk features, fraud prevention tools, KYC/AML workflows, and chargeback management • Track record of delivering successful product features and improvements in a fast-paced environment • Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and payment integrations • Ability to navigate compliance and regulatory requirements in gaming or financial services • Excellent stakeholder management skills • Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills • Management skills, as the role has direct reports • Nice to have: familiarity with automated payments systems and fraud detection engines • Nice to have: previous exposure to customer journey mapping within gaming payments • Nice to have: AI experience for gaming payments and risk
