📋 Description

• Execute the product vision and roadmap, covering core platform capabilities, API design, system integrations, and architectural enablers across our B2B customer base. • Align roadmap priorities with engineering capacity, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. • Assist in triaging complex technical issues or integration bugs that arise between the core platform and third-party integrations. • Collaborate with the Product Manager, Technical Architects and Lead Developers to define and evolve the architecture of the WHG PAM platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability as the platform grows. • Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation for the development team. • Work closely with developers and the Product Manager to ensure delivery of high-quality features.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or similar in the iGaming back-end services area. • Technical background and ability to understand APIs, data flows, and integrations. • Experience in managing highly technical backlogs, including technical debt, architectural enablers, and API versioning using agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.). • Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing dependencies between platform, product, compliance, and operations stakeholders. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical detail into clear product requirements and executive-level communications. • Understanding of user segmentation, bonus mechanics, and player lifecycle strategies. • Nice to have: Experience contributing to or reviewing system design and architecture documentation. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements across iGaming jurisdictions (e.g., UKGC, MGA, GLI, US state-level regulations).
