📋 Description
• Responsible for administering and providing oversight for a wide variety of credit and collection functions. • Ensures compliance with established guidelines, reviews and monitors credit sources, credit files, customer applications and delinquent accounts. • Oversees the process of gathering, compiling, and maintaining basic credit information. • Maintains records on credit risks, delinquent accounts and incomplete files. • Responds to all communications and requests for assistance from the branches in a timely manner.
🎯 Requirements
• Generally 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility • Commercial construction industry collection experience in the NY market - REQUIRED • Experience with Oracle and getpaid - Preferred • Lien and Bond claim experience • Must be good working with customers (potential for customer facing)
