📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to multi-level engineering teams (Directors, Managers, Engineers, Designers) • Establish and execute long-term engineering strategy aligned with business growth, innovation, and operational goals • Drive standardization, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across engineering operation • Oversee engineering resource planning, workforce strategy, and capacity management • Lead development and implementation of advanced engineering tools, digital solutions, and automation • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product Management, and Quality to support projects and resolve complex issues • Oversee specialized engineering services, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and customer requirements • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and leadership team development; represent engineering at the executive level

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline • Generally 9+ years of experience in a related field, including several years in a management/supervisory capacity • Experience leading large, multi-regional engineering organizations • Deep expertise in forming and shoring systems and structural applications • Experience driving digital transformation and process standardization • Strong track record of aligning engineering strategy with business objectives • Professional Engineering (PE) license strongly preferred • Advanced knowledge of engineering design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
