So we are always looking for graduates or working practitioners in any technical discipline with an aptitude for analysing betting markets or for writing software to bet into those markets. 📋 Description

• Maintain accurate records and accuracy with the data provided • Being able to lead a team and adept at building strong relationships • Develop and execute business plans, strategies and resource allocations • Managing day-to-day operations • Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams, providing coaching, training and feedback to improve performance • Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices • Coordinating with various teams to meet company goals • Managing risk, budgets and resources

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership or operations management role • Excellent verbal and written skills in English • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • You are driven by hitting targets • Excellent with numbers and balancing figures • Able to build and maintain new relationships • High attention to detail • Can work unsociable hours. This includes weekends if needed • Willingness to travel • You can adapt to a fast-paced environment • Not willing to work in an office environment and will need to be out in the field most times. • Someone that understands betting and has previous experience inside the world of betting
