📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end accounting processes for our German entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets, ensuring full compliance with HGB. • Drive and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for all group entities. • Prepare statutory financial statements and act as a key contact for our external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies. • Actively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and implement modern accounting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 4-6 years of hands-on accounting experience. • You are bilanzsicher (confident in your work) in HGB. • Experience with or a strong, demonstrated interest in IFRS and international accounting. • A professional qualification (e.g., Bilanzbuchhalter) is a welcome bonus but not a prerequisite. • Full business proficiency in both German and English is essential for this role. • Experience with DATEV is a plus, but proficiency with any modern accounting software is great. • You have a deep sense of ownership and personal responsibility. • You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex topics simply. • You are intrinsically motivated and highly organized.
