• Act as the technical engine behind the transformation of Finance function • Design, build, and embed a real-time, self-service reporting layer • Systematically eliminate capability debt and manual reconciliation • Build an advanced profitability attribution engine and deploy ML/AI techniques for automated forecasting • Establish auditable reconciliation frameworks between new reporting layer and source systems
• Strong platform and data infrastructure experience • Proven track record of scoping, tracking, and executing end-to-end data pipelines • Highly proficient in data architecture (ideally with Snowflake or similar data lakes) • Familiar with data modeling, semantic layers, and custom integration layers with ERPs or financial planning tools (like NetSuite) • Demonstrated history of utilizing practical AI/ML tools or predictive modeling workflows • Unique ability to see how platforms, integrations, data flows, and manual team workflows connect into a singular ecosystem
