• Shape the service design and change approach for priority IT initiatives • Partner with Service Operations to map support readiness and improve IT request pathways and the service catalogue • Support rollout of Security roadmap initiatives by translating technical requirements into practical guidance • Establish a non-punitive operating model for security awareness and training, including phishing simulations and follow-up support • Streamline employee lifecycle workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes with the People Team (P&C) • Provide direction and coaching to the Change & Communications Coordinator through regular 1:1s • Help the coordinator own workstreams and manage peer-level stakeholder relationships • Connect technical IT and Security changes to the employees who use them • Bring structure, coordination, and momentum to IT service design, introduction, and adoption
• Highly organised • Comfortable leaning into ambiguity, getting up to speed quickly, and bringing order to complex rollouts • Practical change leadership: ability to organise priority initiatives so plans, owners, audiences, and support needs are clear • Critical thinking and ability to anticipate operational friction points • Ability to build trusted working relationships across Security, People Team (P&C), and Operations • Coaching and mentorship skills • Ability to identify service gaps and provide first-pass recommendations • Ability to prioritise high-value workstreams • Deep technical or security expertise is not required
