📋 Description
• Conduct initial assessments • Craft plans for care in collaboration with patients • Conduct individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based practices • Include family members and supportive significant others in treatment sessions • Coordinate with other service providers • Participate in staff training, program development, and program evaluation, with emphasis on creating an environment conducive to patient’s needs • Participate in group and individual supervision to ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices
🎯 Requirements
• Education: LMFT, LMHC, and NYS License or MFT or MHC and Limited Permit • Experience: 1-2 years of treatment of substance use disorders
