📋 Description

• Lead Poland market entry and government relations for a Europe-wide AI defence leader • Shape strategy, build a local team, and drive responsible growth • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government counterparts, regulators, and policy influencers in Poland • Monitor and analyse regulatory and political developments impacting the business • Represent the company in discussions with public institutions and industry associations • Advocate for the company's interests and ensure alignment with local legal and compliance frameworks • Lead the development and execution of market entry strategies for Poland • Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and assess the competitive landscape • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market dynamics and risks • Support business development initiatives and partnerships in Poland • Collaborate with commercial teams to align market strategy with business goals • Ensure operational readiness for market entry and expansion • Establish and lead a local team as the business grows • Drive cross-functional collaboration between local and HQ stakeholders • Set clear goals and KPIs; ensure team performance and accountability • Act as the primary point of leadership in Poland

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in government relations, public affairs, or regulatory strategy in Poland • Strong knowledge of the Polish political, regulatory, and business landscape • Existing network across government and regulatory bodies in Poland • Demonstrated success in market entry, expansion, or strategic growth projects • Experience in fast-growing organisations and cross-functional leadership • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities • Fluency in Polish and English (required) • Background in the Polish Military is a strong plus
