âą Develop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for France âą Build and manage dealer, distributor, and reseller networks âą Drive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales models âą Define go-to-market strategy, pricing, and brand positioning âą Set sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking systems âą Recruit, train, and lead a local sales team âą Build strong partnerships with key local stakeholders âą Conduct market research and competitor analysis âą Collect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization âą Coordinate closely with HQ teams (product, supply chain, logistics, marketing)
âą 8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel development âą Strong background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics âą Solid B2C channel sales experience âą Minimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ people âą Proven track record of building and scaling local sales organizations âą Must be legally eligible to work in France âą Native Chinese speaker (mandatory) âą Fluent English (working level or above)
