📋 Description

• Own the member journey: Design and optimize onboarding, activation, and engagement flows across app, phone, care-team touchpoints and operational workflows • Drive product & operational execution: • Define, prioritize, and implement requirements for our care platform (EHR, patient CRM, engagement tools, member portal). • Write and QA tickets, configure workflows, and test features directly with clinicians and coordinators. • Integrate tools: Connect CRM, analytics, and automation platforms to streamline operations. • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with clinical ops and data teams to turn frontline feedback into product improvements. • Measure outcomes: Track and report on activation, retention, and satisfaction metrics to guide iteration. • Champion the member and the clinician: Translate user insights into intuitive digital and offline experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of product or operations experience in digital health, health tech, or SaaS-enabled services. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with clinicians, data, and engineering. • Comfortable being an individual contributor who builds as much as they plan. • Strong familiarity with care delivery systems — EHRs, CRMs, engagement platforms, or equivalent tools. • Analytical and detail-oriented: you use data to drive prioritization and measure impact. • Comfortable working in ambiguity and resource-constrained environments. • Passion for making care more human, accessible, and effective.
