📋 Description

• Design and build modern, responsive user experiences using React and contemporary front-end development practices. • Create intuitive, accessible, and high-performing interfaces that delight learners and customers. • Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to transform ideas into impactful features. • Own features from concept through deployment, taking a full lifecycle approach to development. • Lead technical discussions and contribute to front-end architecture and design decisions. • Mentor engineers and help elevate engineering standards across the team. • Champion code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous improvement. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality. • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to a highly collaborative engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building modern web applications with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving customer problems through thoughtful design and engineering. • Experience designing scalable, maintainable front-end architectures. • Ability to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant technical solutions. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. • Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership within a team. • Comfort working in Agile environments and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. • Experience with modern engineering tools and practices such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and cloud-based architectures. • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, MySQL, and DevOps practices is a plus. • Comfortable using AI-powered engineering tools as part of daily workflow. • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, as collaboration with an international team is required.
