📋 Description
• Overseeing the construction and commissioning of a premium-grade manufacturing site • Managing site operations • Maintaining safety and quality standards • Ensuring project stays on track with timelines and budget goals • Guiding and supporting the on-site team, including Foremen and Subcontractors
🎯 Requirements
• At least five years’ site management experience • Experience in industrial (food manufacturing/processing) or commercial builds over $10M • Hands-on leadership style • Excellent communication skills • Proactive approach to problem-solving • Strong understanding of subcontractor coordination • Commitment to safety and results • Formal construction qualifications (minimum trade Certificate)
