📋 Description
• WiLine Networks is a pre-IPO technology leader with a fast-growing IP network. • Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Manager to oversee relationships with distribution partners. • Will develop and implement channel strategy to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. • Responsible for recruiting and onboarding new channel partners and managing existing relationships. • Collaborate with internal teams to provide partners with training and resources to improve sales performance. • Monitor competitive activity and resolve partner concerns to maintain strong relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development (typically 3+ years). • Strong understanding of distribution channels, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Hub-Spot) and other sales tools. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
