• Process vendor invoices using a variety of client systems • Provide support for invoice-related questions • Review vendor contracts, process extensions and communicate with vendors • Provide consistent positive and engaging experiences to clients, vendors and hiring managers • Promptly respond to requests from vendor partners for invoices • Regularly engage in weekly status calls • Consistently meet or exceed weekly targets for invoice processing • Offer support for ad-hoc questions related to the Vendor Management System (VMS) • Responsible for the upkeep of data accuracy and consistency
• Possession of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2-3 years of experience in an accounting/procurement role • Excellent communication skills in English • Attention to detail • Adeptness at quickly learning and utilizing new technologies • Demonstrated experience in building and managing client relationships • Ability to act as a 'change agent' • Initiative to suggest and implement new programs and processes • Ability to effectively operate as a one-person unit • Excellent decision-making skills • Capacity to multi-task effectively • Experience handling large amounts of data with an analytical approach • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
