📋 Description

• 1st- and 2nd-level support for colleagues using MacBooks, iMacs and apps • Setup and maintenance of devices, including user setups, updates, software installations and MDM • Pragmatic analysis and resolution of incidents and user inquiries • Support for company-specific tools such as Microsoft 365, Entra and CTERA • Structured logging and documentation of support cases • Coordination with internal contacts and external partners

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training or initial professional experience in the IT field • Knowledge of Apple/macOS • Experience with MDM solutions (e.g. Jamf) • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Entra • Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style • Curiosity and a quick grasp (fast learner)
