📋 Description

• Lead the product strategy for our Circular Connectors within the Precision Connections Group • Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap and strategic plan that aligns with business goals • Drive sales growth and expand profitability • Balance market insight, cross-functional leadership, and strategic vision for competitiveness • Track progress to the business strategic plan and facilitate resolution of gaps • Establish and develop close relationships with key customers and distributors • Develop product strategies to meet/exceed market growth and customer needs • Execute pricing strategy to maintain profitability targets • Deliver sustained profitable growth • Champion new product development to drive NPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable • Minimum 5 -10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, highly preferably within Defense or Space markets • Product Management, Business Development /sales experience within Defense, Space, or Medical markets • Technical knowledge of interconnect products • Experience in developing & executing growth strategies • Effective and concise communication • Strong knowledge and experience building strategic plans for new production introduction (NPI), Justification details, and ROI analysis
