🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 年以上 DevOps/SRE 经验，2 年以上生产级 K8s 经验（含升级、故障排查、调优）。 • 精通一种主流 CI/CD（GitHub Actions/GitLab CI/Jenkins）实战。 • 熟悉 Helm/Kustomize、容器镜像优化（多阶段构建、SBOM、镜像签名）。 • 掌握 Linux/网络 基础、脚本（Bash）与一种后端语言（Go/Python 任一）。 • 有 区块链节点运维经验：主网/测试网部署、数据目录与快照、升级与回滚、监控与告警。 • 熟悉 Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager 与 EFK/ELK/Loki，了解 OTel。 • 安全意识强：Secrets 管理、CVE 治理、镜像与依赖扫描、最小权限原则（RBAC）。 • 沟通与协作能力强，善于编写 Runbook、Playbook、变更方案与复盘报告.
