📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end client engagement process at Wing Assistant • Understand potential customer input through intake forms and use organization-wide ATS systems to find matching candidates • Interview candidates to ensure fit with potential client needs • Run full discovery calls, qualify client needs, present Wing's value, and bring live vetted candidates into calls • Close deals while client interest is highest; propose next steps before the call ends • Formalize deals in Discord/JRF within 30–60 minutes • Keep the idle candidate pool current and taggable by role, industry, and availability • Pull 2–3 credible candidate matches from a loose brief with 10–30 minutes' notice • Confirm candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min and identify backups • Finalize compliance and formal matching after closing • Keep CSM/TA aligned on onboarding status in real time

🎯 Requirements

• Has personally run outbound/discovery through to close — not just handed off qualified leads • Recruiting or sourcing experience with genuine same-day turnaround, not multiday pipelines • Comfortable improvising live — can steer a call and brief a candidate in 10–15 minutes on the spot • Fast and responsive by nature — minutes, not hours, is this role's working speed • Staffing, recruiting, or B2B services sales background • Already comfortable working async-first in Discord/Slack as the source of truth • History of maintaining a “warm bench” of backup candidates proactively • Track record of anticipating problems (candidate no-shows, client cold feet) before they happen
