📋 Description

• Review and verify charges and pricing for accuracy • Input and manage charges within the company's systems • Double-check pricing and identify discrepancies or errors • Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks • Work with proprietary systems and established processes • Communicate professionally with clients as needed • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial information • Start immediately

🎯 Requirements

• Previous bookkeeping experience • Accounting background or relevant accounting experience • Bilingual communication skills • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Comfortable reviewing numbers, charges, and pricing • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and follow established processes • Comfortable learning proprietary systems • Candidates must be based in Latin America or Mexico • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Flexible part-time availability within 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST
