📋 Description

• Answer customer messages by email, chat, and phone, quickly and kindly • Solve common questions yourself: billing, account status, how things work, document requests • For bigger issues, pass them to the right team with clear notes so the customer never has to repeat themselves • Handle urgent problems fast: know who to alert and keep the customer updated until it's fixed • Always tell the customer what happens next and when • Keep clear notes on every conversation

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent written English, clear, warm, and fast (most of this job is writing to customers) • 2+ years in customer support, customer service, virtual assistance, or BPO • Comfortable working US hours, including some evenings and weekends • Calm and clear when things get busy or stressful • Organized, you can juggle many conversations without dropping any • Comfortable learning new support and chat tools • Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a backup internet plan
