You will scrape lists, enrich data, and write personalized sequences that get demos booked via email + LinkedIn + other channels. • High-Velocity Creative Production: You don't wait 3 days for a designer to make a banner. You know how to use Canva/Figma yourself. You will spin up 10-20 ad creatives and landing page variants per week to find the winning hooks. • Full-Funnel CRO: You will put together landing pages + copy, improve the sign-up flow, and the email nurture sequences to grease the wheels from "Click" to "Credit Card." • Revenue Obsession: You don’t care about vanity metrics like impressions or brand lift. You care about Demos Booked, Qualified Pipeline, and Closed Revenue. • Out of the Box Thinker: Try unconventional marketing, set up an event, do something silly that garners attention.
• You are a "0 to 1" Builder: You have taken a product from negligible revenue to over $1M ARR before. You are comfortable with chaos and ambiguity. • You are Technically Scrappy: You don't need a developer to fix a pixel or set up a Zapier workflow. You know your way around Framer/web builders, Stripe, PostHog, and attribution tools. • You act with Urgency and Ownership: You believe speed is the ultimate competitive advantage, and you're not afraid to do things yourself when they need to be done. • You write copy that sells: You understand the psychology of B2B sales. You can write a headline that stops the scroll and an email that gets a reply.
• Autonomy: You report to the Founders. No middle management. • Resources: We have the budget to spend on what works. You won't be fighting for software licenses or ad spend. We have top tier engineers, web desginers, we have a content production engine you can leverage if you can work out the strategy. • Impact: You aren't optimizing 1% of a massive machine. You are building the machine. The revenue you drive directly impacts the company's valuation. • Competitive Compensation: 150-180k base salary + performance bonuses + equity for top candidates.
