📋 Description

• Build & Optimize the Machine: Technical setup of new domains and mailboxes, managing warm-up process for deliverability. • Run High-Tempo Experiments: Test various parts of the outreach funnel such as subject lines, body copy, CTAs. • Master the Tech Stack: Use tools like Apollo for hyper-targeted lead lists and complex automated sequences. • Be a Data-Driven Storyteller: Analyze key metrics to present actionable insights to clients in weekly reports. • Write Copy That Converts: Craft personalized email copy that builds trust and drives responses. • Own the Numbers: Responsible for improving KPIs and demonstrating the ROI of outreach campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and scaling B2B cold email campaigns. • Strong, persuasive copywriting skills and understanding of the psychology of cold email. • Deeply analytical with proficiency in spreadsheets, metrics, and report building. • Technical problem-solver with knowledge of email authentication (DMARC, DKIM, SPF) and deliverability best practices. • Hands-on experience with sales automation tools (Apollo, Outreach, Smartlead, etc.). • Naturally curious, proactive, and able to find scalable ways to grow a business.
