• Work directly with founders to analyze funnel performance and fix deal drop-off, failed starts, and churn. • Build sales collateral, onboarding guides, training content, case studies and sales playbooks. • Create onboarding playbooks and improve handoffs between sales, onboarding, and customer success. • Improve recruitment operations and build staffing playbooks for faster, accurate talent matching. • Analyze churn and design retention strategies; equip CSMs with proactive materials and client-facing resources. • Track and report performance across sales, onboarding, activation, and retention and recommend experiments. • Operate like a founder solving growth and ops problems across sales, onboarding, recruitment, and customer success.
• Analytical and structured — spot patterns in funnel data and turn insights into solutions. • Hands-on builder — create collateral, guides, and playbooks. • Entrepreneurial operator — thrive in ambiguity and move quickly. • Communicative — comfortable leading client calls and presenting to executives. • Adaptable — thrive in fast-paced, shifting priorities. • Tool-savvy — proficient with Asana, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Clickup, Monday.com, Notion. • Startup or entrepreneurial experience. • Consulting background with structured approach to strategy and operations. • SQL knowledge — ability to query and analyze data directly. • Design skills (Canva/graphic design) — to create professional, client-facing materials. • Strong presentation skills and executive presence with senior clients.
