📋 Description

• Build and manage prospect lists focusing on construction, manufacturing, logistics, and other equipment-heavy businesses • Execute multi-channel outreach through cold calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn touches • Nurture leads and develop relationships • Pre-qualify prospects by handling objections and educating them on financing products • Schedule highly qualified meetings • Maintain the CRM with detailed notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline status • Track warm signals such as expansion plans or new contracts • Follow up strategically over weeks or months • Manage the sales cycle through 60–80% of the funnel before passing prospects to a closer for final negotiations

🎯 Requirements

• Expert/Native English • Consultative sales experience • Expert-level CRM and pipeline management • Advanced LinkedIn and multi-channel outreach skills • Highly skilled at email and LinkedIn prospecting, not just phone dialing • Strong objection handling and pre-qualification skills • Ability to educate prospects, handle objections, and schedule highly qualified meetings • Expert-level CRM system proficiency for pipeline management and tracking • Advanced LinkedIn proficiency for prospecting and relationship building • Experience or proficiency with email outreach platforms • Experience or proficiency with sales intelligence/data enrichment tools • Experience or proficiency with multi-channel sales engagement platforms • USB headset with noise cancellation • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service with at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service with at least 10 Mbps • Ability to work US work hours, 20 hours per week
