📋 Description

• Define product vision and strategy for the AI sales tech product. • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and gather feedback. • Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the sales tech landscape. • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals. • Oversee product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. • Create and maintain documentation, including product requirements and use cases. • Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on product features based on data insights. • Coordinate product launches and collaborate with marketing for effective go-to-market strategies. • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and performance. • Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals. • Support sales teams with training and resources to maximize product adoption. • Gather user feedback post-launch to identify areas for improvement. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products to ensure our offerings remain competitive.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry. • Experience working with design and software engineering teams. • Strong understanding of sales processes and the needs of sales professionals. • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience with product management tools and methodologies. • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
