📋 Description

• Drive products from customer problem identification through product decision-making to detailed specifications and prototypes. • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure successful product launches. • Write highly detailed engineering-ready specifications covering edge cases, failure states, data constraints, integrations, and acceptance criteria. • Rapidly prototype using tools such as Figma, Claude, Lovable, or similar. • Read and interpret API documentation and reason about data models, integrations, OAuth, webhooks, and system constraints. • Conduct personal QA on delivered features and products. • Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, handle challenges, and make informed prioritization decisions. • Push back on stakeholders, including founders and executives, with reasoned arguments to ensure product integrity and focus. • Close open feedback loops instead of allowing them to languish in a backlog. • Lead product initiatives in fast-moving startup environments with limited resources. • Explore product improvement opportunities based on customer behavior, adoption rates, revenue, retention, and efficiency metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of hands-on product management experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or related fields. • Demonstrated ability to ship products from inception to market, with a focus on measurable outcomes. • Proficiency in writing detailed specifications and QA processes. • Experience with prototyping tools like Figma, Claude, or similar. • Technical fluency in reading API documentation and understanding system integrations. • Strong communication skills to articulate product vision and engage with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage customer relationships and feedback effectively. • Experience in fast-paced startups, particularly in roles with ownership of product areas. • Familiarity with AI agents, healthcare software, EHR/PMS/RCM, and related technologies is a strong plus. • Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills in product development contexts. • Ability to handle messy customer feedback and turn it into actionable insights. • Experience in AI and LLM product development. • Familiarity with scheduling, voice/telephony, and desktop/mobile products. • Prior experience in roles that required significant problem-solving and analytical skills. • Knowledge of customer success metrics and how to influence them. • Experience working with integrations and third-party tools.
