📋 Description

• Actively search for and identify grants related to recovery, mental illness, addiction, and community support • Find funding opportunities aligned with the client’s planned project • Write and tailor compelling grant applications according to each funder’s requirements • Draft materials in the client’s personal voice and style so they sound authentic and genuine • Start immediately and support Wing’s mission of helping companies build world-class teams and place operations on autopilot

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level grant writer with 5+ years of experience • Ideally, background in healthcare, recovery services, mental health, or church/ministry • Advanced reading, comprehension, and written English • Ability to write persuasively, accurately, and tailor applications to the client’s specific voice • Professional English communication for onboarding and project alignment • Ability to independently research and identify relevant grants using grant research websites and databases • Must write genuine, original content and avoid AI-generated content • Grant research websites and databases • USB headset with noise cancellation feature • Working webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main internet service speed of at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup internet service speed of at least 10 Mbps • Availability for 2 PM–6 PM EST, 20 hours per week
