📋 Description

• Source and screen candidates for high-volume light industrial roles across Seek, Tecside's database and Seek Talent Search • Build and maintain a live, qualified candidate pipeline for the south Brisbane geographic patch • Conduct initial phone/video screening before client interviews • Confirm candidate availability, right-to-work, ticketing and geographic fit • Coordinate interview scheduling with the Brisbane recruiting consultant • Deliver a daily cadence of qualified candidates to the desk • Keep JobAdder updated with candidate records, registration status and interview outcomes • Extend sourcing into fabrication and construction trades as the desk expands

🎯 Requirements

• Recruitment or resourcing experience, ideally in blue collar, industrial or high-volume contract staffing • Comfortable working at pace in a high-volume desk with a daily delivery cadence • Strong candidate screening instincts, including confirming availability, right-to-work, tickets/licences and geographic fit • Proactive, organised approach to pipeline building • Comfortable learning new CRM and sourcing tools quickly • Clear, professional communication • JobAdder and Seek experience is a plus but not essential • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays • Willingness to comply with BIR self-registration as part of the pre-employment process • Ability to provide device specifications, internet speed, equipment and work-setup documentation • English proficiency test result required • Personality test result required • Video introduction and one-minute sample call required
