• Work closely with loan officers, underwriters, and clients in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Review initial loan applications for accuracy and completeness (approximately 10 per week) • Gather, verify, and analyse financial and personal documentation including credit reports, tax returns, pay slips, and bank statements. • Prepare and submit loan packages to underwriting for approval. • Communicate and coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, clients, title companies, and third-party vendors. • Ensure all documentation meets company policies and regulatory standards. • Track and update loan status, ensuring stakeholders remain informed. • Resolve documentation or credit discrepancies, requesting further details as needed. • Schedule and prepare closing documents with the closing team. • Maintain accurate records in accordance with auditing requirements. • Conduct post-settlement reviews.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in loan processing or mortgage broking • Proficiency in loan origination systems (e.g., MyCRM, Apply Online) • Strong experience in income verification (PAYG & self-employed) • Excellent organisational and time-management skills • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • BIR as you are a contractor (Required to submit any contributions required by the government.) • NBI or Police Clearance • Any Government-issued ID
