• Interpret and source parts requested by technicians and internal departments • Order parts accurately and efficiently to meet operational requirements • Respond to phone enquiries in a professional and timely manner • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Support the Service Department with the timely supply of required parts • Liaise effectively with the Service, Pre-Delivery, and Warehouse teams • Assist with internal business requirements as needed • Unpack stock orders and maintain a clean, organized parts department • Receive and process incoming parts orders, branch transfers, and supplier deliveries • Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods safely and efficiently • Maintain accurate inventory and stock records • Complete additional duties as directed by management
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive dealership parts sales and parts interpreting • Experience working within a dealership parts department environment • Knowledge of automotive parts identification and ordering processes • Strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High level of attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to follow processes and procedures consistently • Professional presentation and commitment to delivering quality work • Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 skills • Experience using ERA Systems • Honest, reliable, and punctual. • Equipment is self-provided with specifications listed in the job description.
