📋 Description

• Send and manage property appraisal emails • Prepare and send Just Listed and Just Sold email campaigns • Assist with Engage proposals • Manage and update information in Airtable • Coordinate and book property photography • Prepare and send vendor reports and updates • Provide general administrative and sales support to the Team Manager • Ensure tasks and processes are completed accurately and on time • Support a busy Australian real estate team manager with day-to-day sales administration and marketing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Previous Australian real estate experience is highly preferred • Experience with Agentbox is highly desirable • Experience using Airtable • Strong understanding of Australian real estate sales processes • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Strong organisational and time-management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and proactively • Comfortable handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines • Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup • Self-provided equipment • Computer with at least 8GB RAM • Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 12th generation or newer processor • 512GB HDD/SSD • Windows 11 Home or Pro • Power backup such as a power station, powerbank, or UPS • Secondary/external monitor • Noise-cancelling headset and webcam • Minimum internet bandwidth of 40–50 Mbps for downloads and uploads • BIR registration/contributions required for contractors • NBI or Police Clearance • Government-issued ID
