• Lead the full commercial cycle from lead generation to deal closure • Develop and execute effective sales strategies • Identify, establish, and grow regional partner ecosystem • Support direct sales efforts in collaboration with dealers • Identify and qualify new business opportunities • Organize product demonstrations and customer site visits • Promote Wingtra’s brand and product value proposition • Maintain accurate customer information and activity tracking in CRM
• Educational background in Geomatics, Geodesy, Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related geospatial field • Proven experience (2-3+ years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience • Strong aptitude for selling to target customers and building lasting relationships • Experience with large enterprise and smaller fast-paced opportunities • Tech savviness with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English & German • Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
