• Automate onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end • Build and improve user provisioning and access management workflows • Design and manage device fleet automation using our MDM (JumpCloud) • Explore and implement AI-powered workflows to improve IT operations and promote broader AI adoption across the company • Manage the device fleet (Linux, Windows, macOS) and network equipment • Track incidents and identify recurring failure patterns • Drive improvements to workstation setup, IT fleet, and information systems • Build activity reporting: device security, tool usage, etc.
• Strong scripting or development skills (Python, Bash, or similar), sufficient to build real automation tools and workflows • Solid knowledge of systems: Linux, Windows, and macOS • Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, proxies) • Experience with MDM or device management tools; JumpCloud is a plus • Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools (IAM, SaaS platforms) • Genuine interest in AI tools and workflows, whether that’s LLM APIs, AI agents, or automating tasks with them • Able to write clear technical documentation and procedures in English • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills • Master's-level engineering education (Bac+5), ideally with initial practical experience (internship or previous apprenticeship) in IT systems, automation, or software engineering • Good communication and interpersonal skills — this role touches the entire company, not just IT, so you’ll need to explain things clearly to non-technical colleagues • Good level of English, as some team members are English-speaking • Rigorous, organized, curious, and autonomous, with the drive to take a project from idea to implementation on your own.
