📋 Description
• Educate clients on estate planning (wills, trusts, asset protection) • Conduct client consultations and guide package selection • Draft estate planning documents using platforms like WealthCounsel or Decision Vault • Assist clients through intake, execution, and trust funding • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients • Address objections and reinforce the value of estate planning services • Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of plans
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in estate planning, probate, or elder law • Experience drafting wills, trusts, and related documents • Strong phone and virtual communication skills • Experience with estate planning software (WealthCounsel, Estate Guru, Decision Vault, etc.) • Ability to manage multiple clients independently • Client-facing or consultative experience preferred
