• Prospect new clients through networking, referrals, and business development • Conduct financial needs analysis and fact-finding interviews • Educate clients on retirement planning, life insurance, disability insurance, and investment options • Support portfolio implementation including mutual funds and insurance products • Maintain client relationship management (CRM) records • Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards • Participate in licensing preparation and professional development • Deliver ongoing client service and relationship management
• High school diploma or equivalent • Ability to obtain Life and Health Insurance license • Strong communication and consultative sales skills • Comfortable with prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition • Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Marketing (preferred) • 1+ year of experience in sales, banking, insurance, financial services, or customer service (preferred) • Active Life and Health Insurance license (preferred) • Interest in securities licensing including Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66 (preferred) • Interest in Certified Financial Planner (CFP) track (preferred)
