📋 Description

• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients and serve as the primary point of contact. • Understand clients' business goals and challenges. • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to onboard new clients and develop data-driven digital marketing strategies. • Oversee assigned client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery to company standards. • Manage and optimize ongoing SEO, PPC, website, content, and other digital marketing campaigns. • Communicate campaign performance through insightful reports and presentations. • Identify trends and optimize strategies. • Upsell existing clients and participate in acquiring new clients. • Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and technologies and recommend effective client solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a client service or account management role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency. • At least C1-level (advanced) English proficiency. • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field. • Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships. • A solid understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, UI/UX and email marketing. • Proficiency with project management tools. • Able to provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday, Monday-Friday. • Resume must be provided in English.
