• Develop new business and expand market presence in underrepresented regions • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and end customers • Provide technical guidance on construction chemical products • Identify opportunities in plasters, fillers, flooring and wet chemistry applications • Support expansion into paints, coatings and specialist applications • Track market trends and competitor activity
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in construction chemicals or related sector • Understanding of dispersions, binders and thickeners • Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly • Fluent English • Based in or willing to cover southeastern Poland • Exposure to paints, coatings or performance materials – not essential • Early experience in technical sales or customer-facing roles
