📋 Description
• Gain a deep understanding of local permitting rules across various markets. • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through intricate approval processes. • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal staff. • Oversee multiple permitting projects simultaneously. • Work with internal teams from product, engineering, and leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in architecture, construction, or permitting • Strong familiarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes, specifically in the Baltimore area. • Skilled in using relevant software tools. • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or closely related field.
